I think that I will start this again.
Alright. I am going to REALLY try to loose my gut. I am calorie counting with MyFitnessPal and trying to exercise 5-6 days a week. Will be running the Cowtown Half with Jimmy on Feb. 27.
So, I will focus on running and mix in some xtraining - rowing, biking.

I want my gut smaller that my waist. How much I weigh is irrelevant. Should loose about 1 1/2 lbs a week on my plan. We will see.
