Good spin class and nutrition.
Want to try the flip turn, but I guess that I am not ready to get in the pool.
Thinking about a Sprint.
Might have lost some gut. Maybe 1/2" that would make 2 1/2" to go.

Grade for yesterday:
Fitness - A: good 5 mile run. 3/1.
Nutrition - C-: El Fenix with a client. Still managed to stay below total cal count.

New Post

I think that I will start this again.
Alright. I am going to REALLY try to loose my gut. I am calorie counting with MyFitnessPal and trying to exercise 5-6 days a week. Will be running the Cowtown Half with Jimmy on Feb. 27.
So, I will focus on running and mix in some xtraining - rowing, biking.
Waist 37"
Gut 40"
I want my gut smaller that my waist. How much I weigh is irrelevant. Should loose about 1 1/2 lbs a week on my plan. We will see.
