6 miles, 59:00 minutes.
Temperature at start 38º, at finish 36º. Well, now I know that sub 40º is not to cold to run in.
I am not sure the my heart monitor is working right. For the first mile and half my HR is 177. It does not feel that high. After about 2 miles is drops to below 150. My running pace does not change.
1. should warm up slower for a mile.
2. HR monitor has to warm up.
Next time I am going to start out walking and see what happens.

I can assure you the 177 was a bad reading. I registered a 177 for the first time at the track Tuesday and it came at the end of a 1 mile time trial in which I was full out. Keeping your hr below 150 during the second half of the run is very good.
177 for very long would kill me.
The bad reading doesn't bother me much, but I can't know my true average or true max.
