w/o 15 minutes @ HIM pace 800 yards
200 HIM pace/200 Oly pace/ 100 hard(1:45)
250 pull
4 X 25easy/25 hard/25 easy
c/d 200 HIM pace
total 2250 yards in 55 min
A little pain in my left shoulder. I tried to do some pushups and could not do even one. Fortunately there are no pushups in Tri's.

You can't out injure me OMM. Your foot is getting better; my foot is getting better. You hurt your shoulder; I hurt my groin. Last night's run was painful at the start - a pain I was unfamiliar with. And it lingers today. So I was back on google and the self-diagnosis is adductor strain. Could have been caused by those 100 yard sprints. Remedy rest and ice. I've already cut back on my runs and ice ... how does one ice that area?? I guess an ice bath would work. Maybe it'll just go away in a day or two:-)
