Worked on running form last night. Trying to have less heel strike. So, I ran a 1/4 mile walked 100 yds focusing on staying on the balls of my feet and not letting my heel hit the pavement or just barely touch. 3 miles. Near the end I could feel my calf muscles, but no real ankle pain this morning. I am going to watch the Evolution Running video and do some of the training drills. I also plan on checking out Jeff Galloway's book.
Hopefully I can learn to run injury free.
