I wish I could find somebody to ride my pace : (
18.9 but my computer cut off as I turned off of Beltline. I am sure that I lost a few 10th's of miles on the last stretch into the wind. I kept up with the "intermediate" group for the first quarter of the ride, had to slow down for the second quarter because I was maintaining a HR above 170, sped up for the last half. So I ended up riding 3/4 alone. No one wants to play with me.
Too hard of a start. Next week I am going to start at my own pace. I will probable drop down to around 18, but I know it is better for me than blowing out the first few miles.
Then maybe I will feel like swimming.
