My second try at a post injury swim.
The first try was 50 yards holding on the lane rope, finding a ladder and getter out of the pool. All of which was very painful.
This time I swam about 1500 yards with a moderate amount of pain. The question was can you stand the pain and can you bike/run after the swim. Yes on the pain, maybe on the other. I am going to have to put in a mini-tri at the Y. A 1000 yard swim, 30-40 minutes on the stationary bike and 30-40 minutes on the treadmill. We shall see.
