messing around run

Me and the dog.
Trying some of the "new" form.
Fartlek style. Run some - walk some. One problem with this new form is speed. I run way too fast.
Lean forward+move arms+high turnover+ breathing = too fast.
1. I need to learn to go slower.
2. I would love to learn to actually run this fast for a 10k (not going to happen).

Same problems for me-doing everthing "right" makes my hr go sky high! Glad you went?
