4.5 miles at an easy pace. Spent the weekend with #1 son at Tech. Rita and I had a great time meeting his fraternity "brothers" and going to the Tech game.
The cool weather is nice isn't it. What WR Half? I haven't got up the nerve to tell (ask) Rita that I might run a half. Maybe tonight. And I already drank ya'lls beer. There is a time limit.

What is easy pace these days? I love running in this cooler weather. I assume you are seeing some improvement with these cool temps.
