Saturday Bike Ride
I started out with the old 101's but caught a light and got left behind early in the ride. I waited for the next group to catch up with me. We rode 32.5 miles and averaged 17 MPH. Other than my "friends" leaving me it was a great ride (I cried a little). Nice cool day with cloud cover and 17 MPH was plenty fast for my second road trip of the year. Later in the day I went back to DA and talked to Gary about getting some aero bars for my bike. I might give them a try for a transition to tri bike and to help out on some of the 60 and 100 mile rides. About $100 bucks, but I have not decided yet.

We were all looking for you and deeply saddened by your absence. I was at the back of the pack most of the way out and you were in front of me. I wouldn't have expected you to get caught at a light. Anyway you saved the embarrassment of getting annihilated by Kimbo yet again.
I definitely recommend the aerobars. You'll be faster and more comfrtable being able to ride aero for significant portions of rides.
I wouldn't have left you, OM!
FYI-Gary is nice, but check around-you will most likely find something cheaper for the exact same work!!
Be wary of Gary. I have spoken to many different bike guys over the years and his info just doesn't always seem right. I reccommend Bicycles Plus in Coppel or Flower Mound. They seem to be the most knowledgeable. They are also the group responsible for the Run-Bi-Tri series.
