Dog Run

Me and Trigger went for a lake run. I forgot to check my watch.
About 45 min. Around a 145 HR. Nice day although the temp was in the high 80's the wind was cool.

They do not allow dogs click here link on the beach here at all so we ran on a bike trail just across the street from the beach.
