Monday Morning Tread

4 miles on the Y treadmill.
1 mile 9:30
1 mile 9:00
1 mile 8:30
1/2 mile 8:00 - see, I can run as fast as Scott. Indoors, on a treadmill, for 1/2 a mile - but I can run as fast.
1/2 mile 8:30

No HR monitor.

Rita had her first session a personal trainer.

I knew you could. "Tempo running" is what is is called when you increase your speed during a workout. This is where your new found speed will come from. Slowly increase the duration of the tempo run and maybe you could be as fast as me. LOL
