Oh what a beautiful morning, oh what a beautiful day. The weather was perfect for a Sunday morning bike ride with friend Jimmy around White Rock Lake. This was the first time on a bike in maybe three months and boy is my heinie sore. My legs are good but I can feel it in my shoulders and arms. I can’t wait until the Wednesday rides start up again so I can build up some speed and endurance. Jimmy (he is 2-3 inches shorter than me) bought a 60cm Trek on Ebay, we swapped bikes about halfway thru. His bike is the first biked that I a have ridden that “felt” like it fit. So we may work out some type of a deal. We did go slow, but it was a great warm up ride.

Good for you! I still haven't made it out in 2007 on 2 wheels. I am planning next week after work sometime out at White Rock-I'm sure you will be the irriatatin geezer screaming by me!
